  • Do I need a designer?

    If you would like additional guidance to achieve a certain aesthetic, or need assistance in selecting parts (plumbing fixtures, paint colors, wallpaper, cabinetry, hardware, tile, etc.), a designer’s help may be the right fit for you. We also offer in house services to help with your selections.

  • What should I have prepared before contacting you?

    Suggested items to have ready, though not necessary, would include a general scope of work, a budget, and if you have drawings/surveys of your property. If you are working with a designer or architect, please include their contact information & any applicable documents they have provided.

  • Do I need an architect or engineer?

    If you are considering a large home renovation involving structural work (i.e., moving a wall, an addition, etc.) establishing an architect or engineer will ultimately be required for permitting. If you do not yet have an architect or engineer, we can recommend one.

  • Do you work outside of Pittsburgh?

     We work primarily in the Pittsburgh area.  This includes Shadyside, Squirrel Hill, Point Breeze, Highland Park, Oakmont, Fox Chapel, Aspinwall & Gibsonia.

  • Do I need to move out of my home when work begins?

    This depends on your level of comfort. Most projects do not require moving out of your home.  Access to certain areas may be limited at certain points of the project. We will work with you to limit the disruption to the best of our ability. 

  • When can you start on my project?

    Many variables factor into a start date. Depending on the size & scope of your project, the status of current jobs & jobs that are moving to contract will impact the start date.
